Spout in + out

Publish visuals to OBS and VJ software, or post-process compatible feeds.

A Node
In The Rig

Spout is a GPU texture-sharing workflow for compatible Windows apps. IKANDY supports Spout input and output.

Spout out: publish the show

Turn on Spout Output in Sources & Settings, give the sender a name, and IKANDY can appear as a source in compatible receivers such as OBS, Resolume, TouchDesigner, MadMapper, and vMix. The output is the composited visual feed; the console and panels are designed to stay out of it.

Output performance depends on your hardware, scene, resolution, and the receiving application. You can keep working in other apps while the feed runs.

Overlays on the broadcast

Two switches decide what rides on everything you broadcast, the second screen and Spout and recordings alike: the Now Playing card and Lyrics. One switch per overlay, so a clean feed is one click away.

Spout in: post-process a compatible feed

Pipe a live feed into IKANDY from a compatible Spout sender such as OBS, TouchDesigner, Resolume, or MadMapper: pick the sender in Source → Spout In, choose a frame rate up to 60, and use the feed as a source. The browser's SPOUT tab contains scenes built for live feeds.

Tier note Spout output ships in the Studio tier; see pricing. The Steam page is authoritative.
