One browser, nine tabs

Every visual in IKANDY lives in one browser. The top tabs split it by kind, each with its own identity color: MILKDROP, GLSL, WEBGPU, SPOUT, and IMAGES for your picture library, then MY SCENES for the things you have made, and the three curation tabs: FAVORITES, HIDDEN, FLAGGED.

Previews

Hover any MilkDrop card and it live-renders in a preview popup. Scene cards on the visual, WebGPU, and Spout tabs play a cached clip on hover instead, so previews stay instant. Click any card to put it on the stage immediately.

My Scenes

Scenes you compose or generate land in MY SCENES. Each card can be replayed, renamed, or deleted. Imported presets start as pending; promote the keepers into your own Custom category with one action.

Saving, editing, versions

From the Studio, Save as New creates a fresh asset and Overwrite updates the one you are editing. Originals and templates are protected: they can only be saved as new, never overwritten, and a duplicate-name guard keeps two assets from colliding.

File types

The image library accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, and SVG, and feeds both backgrounds and the logo maker. Shaders paste in as GLSL or WGSL text, MilkDrop presets load as converted Butterchurn JSON (the app detects .milk files and points you at the converter), and AI scenes travel as .vis packages with their provenance intact.

Browse music and visuals together The Sync button opens the preset browser and the playlist panel as a pair, so you can line up the next track and the next look side by side.
